The mafia. The sole word resum a whole different way of life, an organized group of criminal living in the shadow of the society that enjoy pulling the strings since the 19th century. The big boss, the black suits, the smoking gun, the dealing of illegal material... all this can thrill the everyday citizen just like it can plague others.

Especially the governement.

In the recent years, the Verspers family has grew prosperous to an alarming point for the established governement. Thus, they invested millions to a secret groups with the mission to dismantle this particular family that is plaguing their authority and, most importantly, menacing their economics. Indeed, the governement had their own deal in the illegal business, finacing another “family” the Franchetti. This family exist to gather money to the governement as well as to monitor the others families and keeping them under control.

Of course, there can be only one leading family in the mafia world and in recent there has been severals outburst between lower grade members of both side. Rumors sway across Italy that the two families are waging wars in the background and thoses attacks are just consequences in the broad daylight.
