Full name: Mia (means Sea of bitterness) Franchetti
Nickname (optional): Errand girl, hey you, chick, tea girl

--- Physical ---
Apperance: Standing at 5'6 with a small body structure and thin body. She has black hair that flairs out at the end, her hair goes down to her mid back and likes to keep her hair down. Her bangs frame her face well though they tend to cover her left eye which has a medical eye patch covering it and always has small spots of blood on it. Silver eyes matching pale skin which makes her black hair stand out.
Clothes:
She wears the usual black suit. White long sleeved blouse but the sleeves are usually rolled up to her elbows, black jacket tied around her waist with a black miniskirt. No stockings and wears low style high heels with a few buckles around her ankles.

--- Mentality ---
Personality: She is forced to be quite talkative since she has to do many errands but she is very shy and usually stutters. Has a tendency to get hyper or excited at the sight of candy, but quickly reverts back to her shy self. Doesn't like to talk much even to her friends, prefers to follow orders not make them. Easily embarrassed and doesn't enjoy being teased, Mia only gets serious when higher ups are around. Likes to help people out so they don't get into trouble, is a klutz.
Past: Her life was pretty chaotic since her father was trying in vain to start a business but they always fell through. He constantly kept using money to the point that her mother had to sell herself as a part time job since her current one wasn't paying enough. Her father wouldn't listen to what her mother said and beat his wife if she defied him. Mia couldn't do anything but watch as her family was breaking apart. Her mother finally couldn't take it anymore and left him in the middle of the night leaving Mia behind.
Her father didn't care if she left and continued to spend money, borrowing money from the Vesper promising them that he would pay them back. But only continued to eat up their money.
One night the Vesper came and took her father away from her not caring what happened to her, she hated the mafia for what they did. Mia tried in vain to stop them but they were too strong, in the mist of the confusion a piece of broken glass hit her in the eye. She blamed her family splitting up on the Vesper and joined the Franchetti hoping that she would go up through the ranks to destroy the Vesper once and for all.

Additional facts: She doesn't like showing people that she enjoys candy and sweets. Mia is also quite good with the Gatling gun. Also since her name means Sea of bitterness people think of her as a harsh and cold person.
