Apperance: Standing at 5'6 with a small body structure and thin body. She has black hair that flairs out at the end, her hair goes down to her mid back and likes to keep her hair down. Her bangs frame her face well though they tend to cover her left eye which has a medical eye patch covering it and always has small spots of blood on it. Silver eyes matching pale skin which makes her black hair stand out.
Clothes: She wears the usual black suit. White long sleeved blouse but the sleeves are usually rolled up to her elbows, black jacket tied around her waist with a black miniskirt. No stockings and wears low style high heels with a few buckles around her ankles.

--- Mentality ---
Personality: She is forced to be quite talkative since she has to do many errands but she is very shy and usually stutters. Has a tendency to get hyper or excited at the sight of candy, but quickly reverts back to her shy self. Doesn't like to talk much even to her friends, prefers to follow orders not make them. Easily embarrassed and doesn't enjoy being teased, Mia only gets serious when higher ups are around. Likes to help people out so they don't get into trouble, is a klutz.
Past: Her life was pretty chaotic since her father was trying in vain to start a business but they always fell through. He constantly kept using money to the point that her mother had to sell herself as a part time job since her current one wasn't paying enough. Her father wouldn't listen to what her mother said and beat his wife if she defied him. Mia couldn't do anything but watch as her family was breaking apart. Her mother finally couldn't take it anymore and left him in the middle of the night leaving Mia behind.
Her father didn't care if she left and continued to spend money, borrowing money from the Vesper promising them that he would pay them back. But only continued to eat up their money.
One night the Vesper came and took her father away from her not caring what happened to her, she hated the mafia for what they did. Mia tried in vain to stop them but they were too strong, in the mist of the confusion a piece of broken glass hit her in the eye. She blamed her family splitting up on the Vesper and joined the Franchetti hoping that she would go up through the ranks to destroy the Vesper once and for all.

Additional facts: She doesn't like showing people that she enjoys candy and sweets. Mia is also quite good with the Gatling gun. Also since her name means Sea of bitterness people think of her as a harsh and cold person.

And he usually flirts with anyone as long as they are decent, so, he'll usually try to hit on the character, it doesn't matter who it is boy or girl...

Venice, A beautiful place to relax and maybe hide, but his mission involved none of that, no, it was to capture a suspected Vesper. The buildings reminded him of that time he had visited America and resembled that apartment complex that he had once lived in, only the buildings were ... taller.
He marveled at their structure, it had only bee his 4th time to Venice, and everytime he visited the town, it never ceased to amaze him. The docks that ran across the cement streets were comforting to look at, a nice neutral color that was neither attention grabbing or ignorable, it was in between. He looked at the Gondolianers, none of them looked anything special. None of them resembled the strange description of the female.
He looked around, some men and women were pointing to the roof, he had spotted a figure, they were talking about super natural beings and such, he stepped forward trying to get a better look through his sunglasses but the person disappeared, was it a ghost? He pondered this thought as a man came up and slung a dirty arm around his shoulder smiling what he thought was sultry.
"Hey toots how 'bout we go for a drink?"
He rolled his eyes, he had used that for targets, men and women, not likely that he would fall for that, besides, what man nowadays would use toots? He took one look at him and smiled, his eyes had taken in his target, he cupped his chin and smiled, he wasn't bad looking. He then looked at him closer, too bad, he was seme, he uppercutted him and then went to explore the town more. It wasn't every day you get leads like this.
He looked around the air was clean, it was nice and not only that it was addicting. He looked around and spotted a few gondola's they were nice and elegant pluse they were comfortable, but, there was one Gondolianer that stood out, he knew he saw that shape before. He calculated when he would be able to get to her boat.
It was a while away but at last when night almost fell and the sun was setting he managed to get a ride from the Gondolianer. He was quiet and the guy was quite, or was it a girl who knew. He was disappointed, apparently this person was mute. So when the ride was nearly over her broke the ice.
"Hey..."
He looked as she/he acknowledged him by nodding but not before their eyes met, starkingly her eyes were feline like amber, something ... dark and mysterious about her, no wonder she was a suspect.
"Do you know who the Vespers are?"
They were almost at the end, he noticed she had frozen, and she shook her head, this was a definite lie. He stood up and leaned eye level, he breathed out one word and smiled maliciously.
"Liar."
She walked calmly toward a man and paid him, probably for the Gondola Then she bolted, he knew they always ran, his targets but he would catch up soon enough. Like most Vespers, flirt then go in for the kill, in this case, capture. He ran after her, he had to hand it to the guy, he was pretty fast, but he was taller, and eventually he caught up. He blocked her way with a knife and a gun.
"Hold it."
He smiled, he was really close and put away his weapons as he looked at this guy/girl... whoever they were they clearly knew Vesper, and if he was correct he would have to interrogate her to find out.
"So, let me go over this again, and answer all my questions. Do you know the Vespers? What is your connection? And may I take you out for lunch."
He usually did this with mostly everyone, this usually let their guard down. She was no exception.

Chapter 1. Triple Dots...
Red, Blue, Violet... Green... The sky was strange today, but maybe it was just the girl that was standing on top of the tower, some people call it a harpy.. but harpies were feminine and had curves. Others said it was a gargoyle but it wasn't slouched and pug ugle like one. Most thought a vampire.
They were very far from the truth. There was a girl sitting on the roof, her features were nothing like either of those descriptions. She was not ugly, nor, feminene nor pale... you could say she was like... a cool guy, and that is a feat to pull off as a girl. Her chest was flat and she had short spiked out hair, her eyes though brought out the most manly feature, they were sharp focused and a deep color of amber, that was like a cats when the sun shined on those eyes.
She was blank as she stared at the inhabitants and tourists on the streets, mingling yet just as apart as two different worlds that perplexed the woman.
She tho was out here because, her captain, one she had not yet had the grace of meeting with had sent her out on an errand mission, something that had to do with solving a question. It was a pretty serious question but one that doesn't acquire hands on experiance to solve, or maybe it did. She was just an associate so what did she have to lose? Not much... yet.
She took a gondola, the busy streets of Venice passing by. The water was a deep shade of sapphire and light green mixed. The narrow canal that passes through this part of Venice, the wooden docks that ran along the concrete streets threatened to scratch her boat, the fresh air that made you feel free when you were on one of these traghetti... It was beautiful to be the Gondolianer and not the passenger.
The question was... What type of material is a Gondola made of and how many pieces was the boat made of.
She got both of her answers after asking, well giving him the piece of paper with her questions, the Gondolianer about borrowing the boat. The gondola could be made from 8 different pieces of wood, the one Syn was steering was mahogany, the boat was made of 280 pieces of wood and the oars were made of beech wood.
She was amazed at the beautiful condition the boat was in, it was nice, smooth and had yet to rot. However, she couldn't completely enjoy the ride, she had to take the ferry for tourists too since she was taking that old man's ferry. She didn't have too many people that came, the majority were lovey dovey couples. The others asked questions and she had to repeateately say she was mute, which wasn't too far from the truth.
It was almost the end of the day when she finally had her peace, it was one more and she was done. The schedule was... a man... she wouldn't be alone but when the man had first got on he was silent leaving her to her peace. But, as said from above, her peace hadn't lasted.
"Hey..."
He was feminene for a man, almost like a woman to say, however he had no rack, nada, zip, nothing. She looked at him with her sharp amber eyes, his deep blue dark and... well beautiful to be frank, she knew many would say the same thing.
She nodded at him.
"Do you know who the Vespers are?"
She looked at him frowning and shook her head. She stood up on the boat, he was surprisingly tall and looked at her then leaned to be eye level.
"Liar."
They were at the end of the ride, the old man was looking at them, she handed him the money and started running. The man following her.
